Creative Design Coordinator

Personable and a creative, collaborative and flexible team member!
Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro)
Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
Excellent writing skills
Strong computer and social media skills
One-year experience in an office environment or marketing experience preferred

The Creative Design Coordinator will develop and execute Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors’ refreshed brand. This involves, but is not limited to: designing and writing print materials, for example, postcards, company flyers, event invitations and informational packets for clients; digital materials including ads for Facebook, Google and Instagram, social media graphics and website landing pages. This position also will be responsible for filming and producing videos for use across all marketing platforms. This person will have the desire to write, create and design beautiful visual projects that reflect the company’s mission to move people from the life they have to the life they’ve dreamed about.

Creativity, flexibility and the desire to achieve excellence are essential to success in this role. Essential functions are as follows:

Produce Print Material

Write and design monthly postcards for agent flow programs
Produce flyers for agents to use with clients and for general company information and events
Edit Seller Guide and produce Buyer Guide for use with clients
Maintain postcard library and design other materials for company wide agent use as the need arises
Design and produce recruitment materials
Manage company signage and banners
Create Company Overview packet quarterly
Design website comparison charts and updates them based on data provided by Digital Marketing Coordinator
Oversee the design duties for Facts&Trends, including producing and distributing the digital copies
Create all company-wide materials, including invitations and event flyers
Responsible for new construction marketing, including designing material for subdivisions and maintaining their online presence
Digital Design

Design and produce materials for agents to use on their website and social media
Produce all digital ads for use on Facebook, social media and run of site
Create the template for and update all email marketing efforts for the company and agents, including email flow, email templates and the quarterly enewsletter
Upkeep company website pages, including community pages and the buyer and seller guides
Work with Digital Marketing Coordinator to optimize the design for landing pages for online ads
Video Filming and Production

Film and produce quarterly Facts&Trends video
Responsible for the creation of company videos, specifically for recruitment, website and social media content and for all events
Create community videos for the over 100 communities we serve
Available to help agents in their video production
