Qualifications: Sales experience is a requirement. Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities: Responsible for responding immediately to any and all inquiries to the sales department that may lead to food and beverage or hotel room sales.

Generates business through outbound phone calls and outside sales calls on a multitude of clients' banquet, catering & hotel room sales leads. Books banquet & catering event orders and group hotel blocks. Works in conjunction with hotel and food & beverage departments to ensure the proper planning, execution and follow up of all bookings. Approves and finalizes event arrangements and price negotiations with clients. Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts. Maintains all sales systems and records such as tracking, client feedback, and future bookings. Responsible for selling the client on the full compliment of services with an eye toward maximizing revenue and exceeding the client's expectations.
