13. Valid driver’s license required.

General Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Vice President, the Marketing Manager researches, develops and implements programs and products designed to reflect our brand and build relationships with our members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Work with the Vice President to establish, implement and evaluate short and long range goals, objectives and priorities for advertising, promotion, market research and public relations functions of the Credit Union and it’s CUSO partners.

2. Assist the Vice President in development of a budget to support the Marketing and Business Development Plan and ensure expenses stay within budgetary guidelines.

3. Assist the Vice President in the Execution of the Marketing Plan through campaign development, product implementation, and market research.

4. Work closely with the Business Development staff to support business development efforts in the field and provide marketing support.

5. Design, develop, and implement marketing programs, materials and delivery systems that will reflect our brand and achieve the overall business plan goals of the Credit Union and it’s CUSO partners. Track, evaluate and report results of marketing programs to Vice President.

6. Work with printers, media and outside agencies.

7. Utilize MCIF system for target marketing, promotion tracking, ROI analysis and member research.

8. Assist the Vice President in internal communications and staff education as needed.

9. Supervises, educates, and evaluates appropriate and authorized staffing for the Marketing Department.

10. Maintains effective and professional working relationships within the community and all other credit union departments.

11. Publish various Credit Union documents such as member newsletters, forms, the annual report and press releases.
